Hi, I’m Jasmine! Welcome to Jaz’s Cookie Lab :)

I’m a home baker based in Edinburgh, and I absolutely love creating indulgent, hand-crafted cookies for every sweet tooth! Baking has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember — fun fact: I used to be terrible at making cookies lol. But the more I practiced, the better I got, and I continued baking as a hobby to share with friends and family.

Pretty soon, they started telling me I should sell them because they were just that good! So, in 2022, I decided to start Jaz’s Cookie Lab to share my love of baking and bring a little joy to people’s day. What started as a hobby has grown into something I’m so grateful for, and I still put the same love and care into every cookie.

From a variety of yummy flavours to beautifully packaged treats, I focus on quality, creativity, and attention to detail in every batch. Whether it’s a gift or a treat just for you, my goal is to make every bite memorable.
