All of our cookies are baked fresh in small batches by Jaz personally. Every bundle is made to order, which means your cookies are made specifically for you and shipped within 24-48 hours of baking. They'll arrive at their absolute freshest: soft, chewy, and delicious.

Are there any common allergens contained in the cookies?

Yes, our cookies contain common allergens including wheat, eggs, dairy, and soy. Some varieties also contain nuts. We bake everything in a shared kitchen, so there's always a risk of cross-contamination.

If you have severe allergies, please reach out to us via the contact us page and we'll provide detailed ingredient information for specific bundles.

How long do the cookies stay fresh?

Your cookies will stay fresh for 5-7 days at room temperature

Can I choose the flavours in my box?

Absolutely! All boxes are fully customisable. Pick your favourites or mix and match for the perfect treat or gift.

What if my cookies arrive damaged?

We pack every bundle carefully, but if anything arrives damaged, don’t worry, we’ve got you!
 

Just send us a photo within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll happily replace the cookies or offer a refund. We want every treat (or gift!) to arrive perfect.
